Discover how to sleep peacefully through the night and wake up feeling totally relaxed and refreshed.  Please join us in welcoming Tracy Ecclesine Ivie, author of “Why Count Sheep When You Can SLEEP,” for a quick overview of some s anti-imsomnia techniques (inspired by her 30 year marriage to “the snorer from hell.”)

In Tracy’s talk, she’ll cover:

- Winding down when your mind wants to party

- Turning your bedroom into a sleep zone

- Soothing breathing exercises

- Other relaxation techniques

Tracy Ivie is a magazine and newspaper editor/writer who has written about everything from Ted Turner to fertilizers.  She researched her sleep book by consulting experts from around the world.  Tracy is also co-author in the book series, “Country Inns of America.”
